1. How can I contact Country Classic

Our business hours are Monday -Friday 9 - 4 Closed

place an order online 24/7. You may also Call (610) 763-4993. We will be more then happy to return your
call and place your order the following business day. Country
Classic responds to all orders with an automatic email and
with a personal response to follow thanking you for your order
and letting you know your order is in process. |
2. What payment methods do you accept?
Country Classic Gift Baskets accepts online and phone
payments. You may use your Visa, MC, Discover, or American
Express and Pay
Pal. Country Classic
Gift Baskets DOES NOT accept out of town checks under any
circumstances. Local checks are excepted however must clear
before gift is shipped. You do not need a pay pal
account in order to pay through pay pal.
Your credit card information is completely safe with us. Our
servers use current Internet security technology to encrypt
order information through the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
encryption authentication to guarantee the confidentiality of
online transactions made on our site. Country Classic Gift
Baskets, respects your privacy. We do not disclose buyer’s
information to any third party. All information our customers
provide is held with the utmost care and security, and will
not be used in ways to which you have not expressly consented. |
3. Will my order information be safe and
secure?

Our shopping cart is safe and secure. Your credit card number
can safely be entered. Please call 610-763-4993 if
you prefer not to order on line. Sorry due to phone solicitors
we will no longer post our toll free number on the internet.

4. Will the basket I order look the same as
the picture?
|
Our designs and inventory are always changing. Due to
availability of products and the season differences, we
reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater
value when it becomes necessary. We guarantee a beautifully
designed basket every time. Our reputation depends on it.
Warmer weather we may substitute items that contain chocolate
except for our candy bar cakes which we use cold packs for
shipping. |
5.
When can I expect my order to be shipped?

All orders are shipped on the business day following the day
you place your order. Shipping transit times will vary from
state to state. If you do not specify a shipping method on the
order form, your purchases will be sent by UPS ground or
Priority Mail, unless another default method is mentioned in
the item description. |
6. What is the cost of Express Delivery?
|
When available, the cost for express delivery can be seen on each product
page. The costs vary in weight and size of the item. Although
our shipping rates are based on actual charges from the
shipping providers, you should note that the express rates for
the gift basket packages can be quite costly as these methods
are based on package sizes and not the actual weight.
Discounts may apply if purchasing numerous items to one
location, depending on how many individual shipping cartons
are required. Please be certain your delivery address
(including spelling, suite or apartment numbers) are correct,
as additional fees will apply for redelivering, rerouting,
returning or reshipping to due to incorrect or incomplete
addresses provided by you. |
7. What is your Christmas Delivery
Schedule?

Same day shipping service applies for all orders placed by
11:00 AM Eastern through December 19th. On December 22nd and
23rd only 2nd day and next day air orders will be shipped the
same day. All 3 day and ground orders that come in on December
22nd and 23rd will be shipped on December 29th. If this
changes for any reason we will notify you as soon as possible.
Of course UPS does not guarantee any shipping methods to
arrive before Christmas if they are shipped after December
12th. There will be no refunds on late deliveries. This
applies only to our gifts from our gift fulfillment companies.

8. What are your delivery destinations?

Currently, we offer shipping in the United States. However,
Alaska and Hawaii do have higher shipping rates, which will be
added upon receipt of the order. If you have any questions
regarding shipping rates, please contact us and we will be
happy to assist you.
We currently do
not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or overseas. These
destinations are too high risk, and we have experienced
numerous incidents where the packages were either damaged,
lost, or returned to us at great expense.
Our
customized gift baskets are available for local delivery to
certain areas and or shipped via USPS 2day or USPS ground.
Please allow enough lead time to process these orders. I do
not offer same day shipping on customized gift baskets. Some
of our gifts and gift baskets come from specialized gift
fulfillment companies and are not available for local
delivery. Please allow extra time for shipping these
gifts. Most of those companies ship UPS Ground, USPS 2 day and
Fed Ex. |
Other
Important Information:
PERISHABLE ITEMS: During
the summer months, we provide ice packs in all chocolates &
perishable gifts, to ensure that our chocolates, fruits, and bakery
items arrive fresh. Any gift such as fresh fruits or perishable
products must be shipped via 2 Day, or Next Day Air. Although this
is more costly, it is the only way to ensure that the gift will
arrive fresh.
SUBSTITUTIONS: At times,
we may need to substitute items within one of our gift baskets, to
ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will always substitute of
equal or greater value, without compromising the theme, design,
color, or quality of the gift.
CUSTOM ORDERS: We would be
happy to assist you with any special requests you may have. Please
call us (610) 763-4993 to discuss creating that special gift.
We create many special gifts to numerous to display on our website
from spa baskets to snack baskets. Please call with special
requests I will do my best to accomidate your special order.
Again please allow enough lead time for these orders.
ENCLOSURE CARDS: An
enclosure card is included in all of our merchandise with the
message of your choice. Please be sure to include your name or the
company name, so the recipient knows who the gift is from.
CHANGING SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If an error is made in the shipping address, or needs to be
changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet
shipped, we will be glad to make any necessary changes. However, if
the gift has already been picked up by the parcel delivery company,
we will need to contact either UPS or FED EX, and attempt to reroute
the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $10.00 will
be charged to your credit card for this error. Please do your best
to give the exact address. We will not be able to ship without
it.
REFUNDS: We offer refunds for
any damaged or defective gifts, as long as the claims are placed
within 2 days of the gift being received. Sorry but we do not
refund shipping, credit card or handling charges.
